As 2025 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to all our clients and followers. Your engagement, trust, and feedback have been essential in shaping our journey this year. Together, we have made strides toward making therapy more accessible and creative, ensuring that support reaches those who need it in ways that truly resonate. Looking ahead to 2026, we wish you peace, fulfillment, and continued growth.

Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Growth and Connection
This past year brought many opportunities to learn and improve. We listened closely to your experiences and suggestions, which helped us tailor our services to better meet your needs. Our commitment to offering therapy in creative ways took shape through several initiatives:
Virtual sessions with flexible scheduling to fit diverse lifestyles
Sessions incorporating art, music, cooking, baking, sensory exploration, and movement to explore healing beyond traditional talk therapy
Community outreach programs aimed at reducing barriers to mental health support
ADHD assessment enhancements to include additional, collaborative professional input into your diagnostic process. The additions included a family ADHD coaching session to improve the quality of life for all family members.
Each of these efforts was inspired by your voices and stories. Your willingness to engage with us, share feedback, and participate actively has been the foundation of our progress.
How Your Engagement Helped Us Improve
Your involvement went beyond simply attending sessions or following our updates. Many of you provided detailed feedback that guided our service enhancements. For example:
Some clients struggled with the comprehensiveness of our intake package. Our team worked together to create a counselling intake form with only the info they needed before you arrived for your first session.
Struggles with intake paperwork, and frankly, any kind of paperwork, prompted us to add additional executive functioning supports to our services. Clients can access our support team to assist with government forms, paperwork, and general day to day personal and household management needs.
Clients suggested more content on ADHD strategies, which inspired a revision to our ADHD diagnostic assessment to include a post diagnosis coaching session. Our goal for 2026 is to create a post diagnosis online resource library for our clients to review information at a pace that supports their learning needs.
Neurodivergence is reflected in many of our team members and clients, which led us to create a comprehensive policy to better support staff and applicants with diverse needs, and to ensure the knowledge necessary to support our clients' needs.
These changes reflect our ongoing promise to listen and adapt. Your engagement is not just appreciated; it is vital to how we grow and serve better.
Looking Ahead to 2026: Our Wishes for You
As we move into the new year, our hope is that you carry forward a sense of peace and fulfillment. Whether you continue therapy with us or explore other paths, remember that your well-being matters deeply. Here are some wishes we hold for you:
